Facebook lnc converts its Menlo Park head-quarters in to covid-19 vaccination centre
Covid-19 Vaccination: Facebook is teaming up with the Ravenswood Family Health Center(RFHC), California(US) and local non-profits to support mobile vaccination clinics in some of the toughest areas in the US.
Facebook group on Friday said it was converting a portion of its Menlo Park headquarters into a vaccination site, joining a government effort to speed up the vaccination campaign in California, United States.
For this initiative, Facebook lnc is working closely with the Ravenwood Family Health Center(RFHC), Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg wrote in a post.
Sandberg wrote, "We are working closely with California state and local nonprofits to support mobile vaccination clinics in some of the toughest areas in the US".
Earlier this year(2021), the social media company decided to launch a tool to inform people in the United States about receiving COVID-19 vaccines and a COVID-19 on their photo-sharing site Instagram Covid-19 Added notification area.
